Zusammenfassung:	A hermetic compressor includes an electric motor that includes a rotor having a plurality of permanent magnets inserted into a rotor core, a connection part made of a non-magnetic material and provided at an axial end portion of the rotor core, and an inertial core made of a magnetic material and provided at an axial end of the connection part. The connection part includes a plurality of first fixing portions, a plurality of second fixing portions spaced apart from the plurality of first fixing portions in an axial direction, and a plurality of link portions disposed between the plurality of first fixing portions and the plurality of second fixing portions.
