Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a battery module and a method of manufacturing the same, and the battery module according one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked, a bus bar frame connected to the battery cell stack, an electrode lead connected to the battery cell stack and containing a first metal; and a bus bar overlapping with the electrode lead and containing a second metal, wherein the electrode lead and the bus bar are welded to form a welded portion, wherein the welded portion includes a first region in which a central portion is located in the electrode lead and a second region in which the central portion is located in the bus bar, based on a boundary surface between the electrode lead and the bus bar, and wherein precipitates of the first metal and the second metal are distributed in both the first region and the second region.
