At least one of the metal components is a refractory metal selected from the group of Mo, Nb, W, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Y, Zr, Hf, Ta, Fe, Co, Al, Mn. The refractory metal alloy also includes two nonmetal components. The refractory metal alloy comprises non-trace amounts of each of the metal components and each of the nonmetal components.
