Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle drive device (100) includes a rotary electric machine (MG) disposed on a first axis (A1), an output member (OUT) disposed on a second axis (A2) parallel to the first axis (A1), an inverter device (INV), a terminal block (50) for electrically connecting a rotary electric machine-side bus bar (8) and an inverter-side bus bar (7), and a case (1). The case (1) includes a first housing chamber (20) for housing the rotary electric machine MG, a second housing chamber (30) for housing the inverter device (INV), and a partition wall (11) for separating the first housing chamber (20) and the second housing chamber (30). A terminal block (50) is disposed such that an arrangement area of the terminal block (50) in an axial direction (L) overlaps the rotary electric machine (MG), and disposed so as to penetrate the partition wall (11) in a radial direction (R) of the output member (OUT).
