Zusammenfassung:	Indoor units (20b), Wi-Fi access points (70A, 70B), and Wi-Fi units (80A, 80B) connected to the indoor units are intended to be installed in a building (112). Each of the Wi-Fi units is configured to, when one of the Wi-Fi access points which have been found has an RSSI lower than a predetermined value, search for one of the Wi-Fi access points having an RSSI higher than the predetermined value, with also the Wi-Fi access point with the reduced RSSI remaining as a candidate connection destination, and, if the Wi-Fi access point having an RSSI higher than the predetermined value is not found within a predetermined time, establish a connection with one of the found Wi-Fi access points having the highest RSSI.
