Zusammenfassung:	The present invention refers to a valve comprising a housing (4) with a fluid inlet (1), a fluid outlet (2), and a cavity (3) positioned between the fluid inlet (1) and the fluid outlet (2) in the housing (4). A membrane (5) is arranged at an end of the fluid inlet (1) or at an end of the fluid outlet (2) facing the cavity (3) and a movable ball (6) is in touching contact with the membrane (5) arranged on a side of the membrane (5) facing the cavity (3), so that the membrane (5) can be deformed by the ball (6) upon exertion of pressure on the ball (6) for closing and opening the fluid inlet (1) or the fluid outlet (2). A movable element (7) is arranged in the cavity (3) and is in touching contact with the ball (6), wherein the movable element (7) is held in a first position by a biased spring (8) and a shape-memory-actuator (9), which are arranged on opposite sides of the movable element (7). The shape-memory-actuator (9) comprises a shape-memory-alloy which is activatable by applying an electric voltage resulting in deformation of the shape-memory-actuator (9) and in movement of the movable element (7), thereby exerting pressure on the ball (6) so that the ball (6) moves and deformation of the membrane (5) takes place and a fluid passage between the fluid inlet (1) and the fluid outlet (2) can be opened and closed.
