Zusammenfassung:	An upper structure of a vehicle includes: a roof covering an upper portion of a cabin space; an antenna device including a casing disposed on an upper surface of the roof and an antenna accommodated in the casing to transmit and/or receive a radio wave; a resin member arranged adjacent to the antenna device; and a metal member attached to the resin member and forming a metal layer. The antenna transmits and/or receives the radio wave directed to the upper surface of the roof and an upper surface of the resin member. The metal member is arranged to reflect the radio wave directed to the upper surface of the resin member.
