Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a device (10) for forming a dough strip, comprising a dough-feeding apparatus (4), by means of which dough can be introduced into the device (10), a draw-in roller (1), which can be rotated about the axis thereof, a forming roller (2), which can be rotated about the axis thereof, a discharge roller (3), which can be rotated about the axis thereof, and at least one drive (8), by means of which the draw-in roller (1) and/or the forming roller (2) and/or the discharge roller (3) can be driven, wherein the draw-in roller (1), the forming roller (2) and the discharge roller (3) are mounted in a floating manner and the supports of the draw-in roller (1), of the forming roller (2) and of the discharge roller (3) are arranged on one side of the device (10) next to the dough chamber (5). According to the invention, an attachment shaft (6) is arranged between the drive (8) and the draw-in roller (1) and/or the forming roller (2) and/or the discharge roller (3), the attachment shaft (6) being mounted in a bearing housing (11), which in particular is hermetically sealed, the draw-in roller (1) and/or the forming roller (2) and/or the discharge roller (3) being exchangeably, attachably and/or releasably fastened on or in the attachment shaft (6), the draw-in roller (1) and/or the forming roller (2) and/or the discharge roller (3) being able to be rotated by the drive (8) via the attachment shaft (6), and the support of the draw-in roller (1) and/or of the forming roller (2) and/or of the discharge roller (3) being formed by the support of the attachment shaft (6).
