Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a handrail device that is provided in first and second unit booms (31A, 31B) adjacent to each other, being capable of having high strength. The handrail device includes: a pair of first poles; a pair of second poles (2B); a first main rope stretched between the pair of first poles; a second safety line (3B) stretched between the pair of second poles (2B); a first pole support member and a second pole support member (4B) that support the first poles and the second poles (2B), respectively; first and second connection member (5A, 5B); a first stay rope (6A) stretched between the first pole and the second connection member (5B); and a second stay rope (6B) stretched between the second pole (2B) and the first connection member (5A). The first pole support member and the first connection member (5A) are fixed to a common first fixation member, and a second pole support member (4B) and the second connection member (5B) are fixed to a common second fixation member (33).
