An antifouling coating composition including a terminal silane-modified resin (A1) and an antifouling agent (B); wherein: the terminal silane-modified resin (A1) is structured by modifying a part of or all of hydroxyl group in polyol (A) with alkoxysilane; the polyol (A) is one or more of polyester polyol (a1) and polyurethane polyol (a2); and the polyurethane polyol (a2) is structured by polyaddition of polyester polyol (a1) and/or polyether polyol (c) with polyisocyanate compound (b), is provided.
