The present disclosure discloses a mask. The mask includes a body, an upper edge of the body is provided with a length adjustment member and a self-adaptive member. The self-adaptive member is provided at an inner side of the length adjustment member. The length adjustment member is bendable along a curve of a face and is able to act on the self-adaptive member, such that the self-adaptive member is deformed by force and adapted to the curve of the face to fit on the face. For the mask according to embodiments of the present disclosure, a shape of the upper edge of the body can be adjusted adaptively according to a shape of the user's face, the mask fit more snugly on the face, and the protective effect of the mask can be improved effectively.
