Zusammenfassung: | The present invention refers to new humidity sensitive layers, sensitive to the variation of the relative humidity value, used in the manufacturing of resistive humidity sensors.The sensitive layer described in this inventionis made of a quaternary nanohybrid composition comprising or consisting of CNHox/SnO2/ZnO/PVP at 1.5/1/1/1 w/w ratio to 3/1/1/1 w/w ratio. From the detection principle point of view, the resistance of the conductive layer varies with the relative humidity level. The invention also discloses a process for manufacturing said quaternary nanohybrid composition, resistive humidity sensors made with said quaternary nanohybrid composition and a process for manufacturing said resistive humidity sensors. |
