Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a brake caliper in which sliding resistance between a caliper lever and a body is reduced. A brake caliper (20) includes a left caliper lever (40) holding a brake pad, a cylinder device for driving the left caliper lever (40), a body (30) holding the cylinder device, and a left rotation pin (35) held in the body (30). An upper end (35C) of the left rotation pin (35) is inserted into the left caliper lever (40) to support the left caliper lever (40) rotatably relative to the body (30). The brake caliper (20) further includes an air chamber (41) for retaining the air. The air chamber is defined by the left caliper lever (40) and the upper end (35C) of the left rotation pin (35).
