METHOD FOR UPDATING MODEL, APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for updating a model, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which relate to a field of computer technology. The method includes: obtaining a first parameter corresponding to each of binary symbol models corresponding to the current frame to be coded, wherein the first parameter corresponding to the binary symbol model comprises: information about the difference between at least one probability update speed parameter and the basic probability update speed parameter; updating the corresponding binary symbol model based on the first parameter corresponding to each of the binary symbol models; and performing entropy coding on binary symbols corresponding to the current frame by using the updated binary symbol models. The embodiment of the present disclosure can save storage space occupied by parameters used for updating the model.
