Zusammenfassung:A deceleration cutting control method, comprising: when a product to be cut is conveyed to a predetermined position or a deceleration signal is received, decelerating said product according to a preset deceleration curve; and when said product is decelerated according to the preset deceleration curve, cutting said product. A control apparatus, comprising a conveying part, a detection element, a sensor, a controller, and a cutting part and capable of cutting a product to be cut using the control method. The use of the method and device to cut a product to be cut can ensure that said product is decelerated according to the deceleration curve, thereby shortening the deceleration time and improving the deceleration efficiency.
