Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device for producing a green tire (1), comprising a cambering drum (2), which can be rotated with a drive torque (A), for receiving a carcass and a belt/tread packet of the green tire (1) and comprising at least one rolling disc (30) which can be rotated in the opposite direction of the cambering drum (2) with a compensating torque (B) by a drive motor (31) and can be moved radially in the direction of the cambering drum (2) and which can be laid on the circumference (10) of the belt/tread packet received on the cambering drum (2). The at least one rolling disc (30) can be driven via a driveshaft of the drive motor (31), said driveshaft having a freewheel bearing. The freewheel bearing is arranged such that the at least one rolling disc (30) is mounted in a freely rotatable manner in the opposite direction of the cambering drum (2), and the freewheel bearing is coupled so as to transmit a torque when the driveshaft is rotated in the rotational direction of the drive motor (31). The invention also relates to a method for producing a green tire.
