Zusammenfassung:	The present teaching provides a leaning vehicle that is easy to turn while moving at a low speed. The leaning vehicle includes a control unit including a drive-wheel rotation-speed acceleration assisting controller that increases the power transmitted from the drive source to the drive wheel without the rider performing a drive-wheel rotation-speed increasing operation and thereby increases the rotation speed of the drive wheel, whereby the moving speed of the leaning vehicle is accelerated, so that, in turn, there is an increase of centrifugal force acting on the leaning vehicle while the leaning vehicle is moving and turning, the drive-wheel rotation-speed increasing operation being an operation that the rider performs toward the acceleration operator to increase the power transmitted from the drive source to the drive wheel and thereby increase the rotation speed of the drive wheel; and a brake unit that is operable by the rider to decelerate the moving speed of the leaning vehicle even when the rotation speed of the drive wheel is increased caused by the increase of the power transmitted from the drive source, the increase of the power being performed by the drive-wheel rotation-speed acceleration assisting controller.
