Zusammenfassung:	A liquid dispenser to supply liquid to an animal, comprising: a container (200) configured to store liquid and having a bottom (221, 223) and an upper opening; a pump (192) provided in the bottom of the container to discharge the liquid; a lid (300, 400) configured to close the upper opening of the container; and a base (100) to support the container and including a thermoelectric device (191b) and a controller (C), wherein the thermoelectric device is suitable to change a temperature of liquid in the container, the controller being suitable to control thermoelectric device, the base has a recess (112a, 112b, 130) provided under the container, and the bottom of the container has an opening (225) provided within the recess of the base.
