The cosmetic formulation has enhanced water-resistance and anti-oiliness effect when compared to cosmetic compositions of the prior art. The cosmetic composition of the present invention also presents a soft sensorial to the skin and dry touch after application. The present invention is also related to the use of said cosmetic composition.
