Also disclosed are compositions comprising a strain within the order Clostridiales selected from the group consisting of Caldicoprobacteraceae; Christensenellaceae; Clostridiaceae; Defluviitaleaceae; Eubacteriaceae; Graciibacteraceae; Heliobacteriaceae; Lachnospiraceae; Oscillospiraceae; Peptococcaceae; Peptostreptococcaceae; Ruminococcaceae; Syntrophomonadaceae and combinations thereof and their use in such methods.
