Zusammenfassung:	A control device (12) for a mobile body is equipped with a charging and electrical power supplying unit (16) including a first smoothing capacitor (44) positioned on a connector (24) side and a second smoothing capacitor (68) positioned on a battery (88) side, and a control unit (102) configured to control the charging and electrical power supplying unit. When the battery is charged using electrical power supplied from the electrical power source device (20), the control unit completes precharging a first smoothing capacitor (44) and a second smoothing capacitor (68) using electrical power supplied from the battery, before the electrical power from the electrical power source device starts to be supplied to the charging and electrical power supplying unit.
