Zusammenfassung:	A sealant composition is disclosed comprising: (a) polyisobutylene, (b) a peroxide, and (c) a filler, preferably a reinforcing filler, wherein the polyisobutylene is present in the sealant composition at a level of at least 50 weight percent, based upon the total weight of elastomers in the sealant composition. The sealant composition may be used as a sealant layer (7, 17) in a tire (2, 10).
