Zusammenfassung:A process for making an edible product, the edible product (11) being preferably in the form of an infusion product to obtain a respective beverage, and in particular comprising a material in the form of powder, granules or pieces, such as coffee, tea, chamomile, herbal tea, milk, chocolate, medicinal herbs, or other. According to the process, a predefined portion of said material is provided, said portion of said material (11) is inserted into a respective casing (14), in an open condition, which is made of biodegradable and/or of organic origin film, i.e., of the compostable type, and energy is supplied to said casing (14) with the contained material (11), preferably until intimately connecting, or adhering, said casing (14) to said material (11) on the entire, or substantially entire peripheral surface of the material.
