FUNCTIONALIZED BIOLOGICAL MULTILAYER POROUS MEMBRANE IMMUNE CARRIER, PREPARATION METHOD, AND APPLICATION

Provided is a functionalized biological multilayer porous membrane immune carrier, comprising a biological multilayer porous membrane, a specific anti-biological multilayer pore membrane antibody bound to the biological multilayer pore membrane, and a cross-linked antibody bound to the membrane antibody. Also provided is a method for preparing the functionalized biological multilayer porous membrane immune carrier; using the immunogenicity and multi-layer porosity of biological multilayer porous membranes, preparation is carried out by combining antibody-antigen and antibody-antibody specific binding. The functionalized biological multilayer porous membrane immune carrier provided by the present invention may be used for preparing an immune carrier for blood group compatibility detection, and further may be installed in a blood type detection card for blood type detection. Also provided by the present invention is a method for detecting blood type using the blood type testing card. The immune carrier used for blood group compatibility detection provided by the present invention may be used for red blood cell forward typing, reverse typing, antibody screening, antibody identification, and so on, and enables rapid and accurate detection of red blood cell ABO, Rh, MNS, Kell, Kidd and other blood group system types.
