Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a surface disinfectant concentrate, containing a quaternary ammonium compound, preferably benzalkonium chloride, at least one alkylamine and a combination of auxiliary substances, which have a synergistic effect. The surface disinfectant concentrate according to the invention, while having good cleaning performance, good material compatibility and a high degree of effectiveness against microorganisms, exhibits improved usage behavior, because the surfaces treated with wiping disinfection have reduced adhesive tendency. The invention also relates to an aqueous usage solution and to its use for disinfecting inanimate surfaces.
