Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for the inductive inspection of metal workpieces (1) to detect anomalies (2), more particularly cracks, close to the surface, said method comprising the following steps: * - scanning a surface (3) of the workpiece (1) along a path (4) to be inspected using a measuring head (5) on which at least one eddy-current probe is arranged, * - recording raw signal data from the at least one eddy-current probe during scanning of the workpiece surface (3), * - determining position data, which can be linked to the raw signal data, on the basis of measurement data recorded during the scanning step from a position sensor and/or speed sensor, and/or on the basis of the raw signal data, * - generating a location-dependent measurement signal by linking the position data to the raw signal data, the measurement signal being a function of at least one position space coordinate in the direction of the path to be inspected, and * - calculating a filtered measurement signal by applying a spatial frequency-based filter to the measurement signal. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method.
