Zusammenfassung:	A pesticide formulation includes an active ingredient, a substrate of a mineral origin and a biopolymer coating, wherein the active ingredient is adsorbed on a surface of the substrate and wherein the biopolymer coating covers the substrate, and the pesticide formulation is an herbicide formulation. A method for a production of the pesticide formulation and a method for a control of weeds by the herbicide formulation are provided. The pesticide formulation is advantageous applications for weeding agricultural areas, pasture areas, uncultivated areas and non-agricultural areas.
