Zusammenfassung:	A method (200) is provided for casting a component. Accordingly, a casting core (302) is provided within a cavity (316) of a component mold (404). The casting core (302) defines an inner component shape (206) and includes a core wall (310). The core wall (310) defines a core outer surface (312) and a core inner surface (314) disposed opposite the core outer surface (312). The core inner surface (314) defines a core cavity (316). The casting core (302) also includes a removal facilitation feature (318). The component is cast within the cavity (316) of the component mold (404) with the casting core (302) positioned therein. The cast component (202) is removed from the component mold (404) and the casting core (302) is removed from the cast component (202).
