Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cooking appliance comprising one or more zones (2) for preparing food and a control unit (3) for controlling the cooking appliance (1), wherein the control unit (3) is operatively coupled with a voice communication and recognition device (4), said voice communication and recognition device (4) providing a communication interface to a user of the cooking appliance (1), wherein the cooking appliance (1) comprises a storage (5) for storing cooking settings which are established based on information gathered in previous cooking procedures and wherein the cooking appliance (1) is configured to provide an assisted or automatic cooking process based on said cooking settings stored in said storage (5).
