BATTERY MODULE AND DEVICE

The present application relates to a battery module including: multiple battery units (1), the battery units (1) being arranged side by side along a length direction of the battery module, the battery unit (1) including a top cover (14); a circuit board (2), arranged above the top cover (14) in a height direction, the circuit board (2) being provided with a temperature collection circuit; a heat-conducting element (3), a first end of the heat-conducting element (3) being connected to the circuit board (2), and at least part of the heat-conducting element (3) being in contact with the top cover (14); and a temperature detection component (5), arranged on the heat-conducting element (3) and signal-connected to the temperature collection circuit. The battery module could obtain a true operating temperature inside the battery unit more accurately, and could prevent the phenomenon that the temperature detection component is not installed firmly or even falls off when a thermal pad ages or impact or vibration is received, and improve fixing reliability of the temperature detection component.
