Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a circuit with electrical potential isolation and in particular a converter circuit (1), for example a synchronous flyback converter circuit. The circuit comprises a transformer with at least one primary winding and at least one secondary winding, which electrically isolates a primary side of the converter circuit (1), which is supplied by a mains voltage, from a secondary side of the converter circuit (1) by means of a potential barrier (5). The secondary side is designed to provide at least one load current via a load output. The converter circuit (1) transmits at least one feedback signal from the secondary side to the primary side of the converter circuit (1), wherein the feedback signal is transferred capacitively and as an analogue signal via the potential barrier (5). The feedback signal is preferably supplied on the secondary side as voltage to a means for transferring it to the primary side. The transfer means (12) can be constructed with three capacitors (13, 14, 15), preferably arranged as capacitive voltage dividers. The invention also comprises an operating device (30) comprising a corresponding voltage converter circuit and a luminaire comprising a corresponding operating device and the lamps (31) supplied thereby.
