Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a driver information system (10) for a vehicle, having a user interface (18) and having a plurality of services (26-28) which can be called up by an operator via the user interface (18), wherein the user interface (18) comprises a main search function (30) with which search hits of various services (26-28) can be determined, and the services (26-28) each comprise a service search function with which search hits of a corresponding service (26-28) can be determined; wherein the user interface (18) is configured to display simultaneously the main search function (30) and at least one link (32) to a service search function of one of the services (26-28). The invention also relates to a method for operating a driver information system of a vehicle.
