When the purging is finished, the protective-gas adjusting device adjusts the pressure value of the protective gas to be at a given second pressure value, and the pilot-air adjusting device adjusts the pilot pressure inputted to the first air-operated valve to close the first channel, and adjusts the pilot pressure inputted to the second air-operated valve to open the second channel.
