Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an interfacial sensor (1) for determining a thickness of an interface via the surface (65) of an element (6) around which a flow occurs, said sensor having a first device for determining a temperature (31), a second device for determining a temperature (32) and a third device for determining a temperature (33), each being arranged at a predefinable distance (X1, X2, X3) from the surface (65) of the element (6) around which a flow occurs, wherein at least the second and third device for determining a temperature (32, 33) are applied to a printed circuit board (3), which is applied to a measuring element (2). The invention further relates to a method for producing such an interfacial sensor (1) and to an element, around which a flow can occur, equipped with such a sensor.
