Here, a gap between a main opening of the plurality of main openings and a sub-opening of the plurality of sub-openings, the main opening and the sub-opening being adjacent to each other in a first direction, of the main openings and the sub-openings is equal to or greater than about 0.5 times and equal to or less than about 5.0 times of a gap of the main openings, which are adjacent to each other in the first direction, of the plurality of main openings.
