Zusammenfassung:	The present invention addresses the problem of preventing a catalyst-coated electrolyte membrane from allowing voltage increase caused by insufficiency of adhesiveness between an electrolyte membrane and an adhesiveness promotion layer and from allowing oxidative degradation of a hydrocarbon polymer electrolyte membrane. The present invention provides a laminated electrolyte membrane in which a second layer formed of a fluoropolymer electrolyte and a polyvinylidene fluoride is laminated on at least one side of a first layer formed of a hydrocarbon polymer electrolyte and which has a mixed region near the interface between the first layer and the second layer.
