The scaffolding material for cell culture according to the present invention has a dispersion component γd of the surface free energy of 24.5 mJ/m2 or more and less than 45.0 mJ/m2, and a dipole component γp of the surface free energy of 1.0 mJ/m2 or more and less than 20.0 mJ/m2.
