The method further comprises associating, by 10 the automation server system (50), the first building space automation unit (5, 5') to a first model location in a building model (1) based on the first unit identifier and the first location identifier, the first model location in the building model (1) corresponding the first building space (82) in the 15 physical layout of the building (80).
