Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device for accelerating, in particular braking, a trailer vehicle, which is braked by a pneumatic brake, by a towing vehicle driven by a hydraulic system, in particular a forklift and/or truck and/or tractor, comprising a hydraulic pump connected to at least one hydraulic motor via pressure lines, in particular one as a supply line for the hydraulic fluid and one as a return line for the hydraulic fluid, wherein drive wheels of the towing vehicle can be driven by the hydraulic motors, wherein, on a pressure line, at least one pressure sensor is provided via which pressure sensor data can be acquired and can be forwarded to a trailer control means, in particular comprising a trailer control valve, for the pneumatic brake of the trailer vehicle, in particular for a braking of the pneumatic brake of the trailer vehicle which corresponds to a braking operation of the towing vehicle.
