Zusammenfassung:	A suspension device includes: an annular spring seat (4) that supports one end of a suspension spring; an annular regulating member (5) that regulates movement of the spring seat (4) to the opposite side to the side closer to the suspension spring; three cam portions (7A, 7B, and 7C) each having a phase difference of 120 degrees provided circumferentially in the regulating member (5); three protruding portions (6A, 6B, and 6C) provided circumferentially at regular intervals in the spring seat (4), in which the cam portions (7A, 7B, and 7C) each have a plurality of cam surfaces (7a and 7b) different in axial level, the cam surfaces (7a and 7b) each include an inclined surface, and the respective inclined surfaces thereof are equivalent in angle of inclination, and the protruding portions (6A, 6B, and 6C) each have an abutment surface (6a) that slants along the inclined surfaces and is capable of abutting on the inclined surfaces.
