Zusammenfassung:Provided is an operating system (4001) comprising: an air conditioner (4010) including an indoor unit (4012, 4012'); and an infrared output device (4040, 4040'), the infrared output device being configured to receive first information (A401) on an instruction to a first-type apparatus (4050a, 4050b, ..., 4050n) other than the air conditioner and operable by an infrared signal and transmit an infrared signal corresponding to the first information to the first-type apparatus, wherein the air conditioner includes a management device (4300) configured to manage the first-type apparatus, and the management device includes a command information receiving unit (4170b) configured to receive second information (A402) on a command content, and a determination unit (4318) configured to determine whether there is a deviation between a behavior of the first-type apparatus and the command content, based on the behavior of the first-type apparatus and the second information.
