A device is used for forming a part (5) by welding a plurality of members (W) together, and includes a jig (10) on one side having a joint face (12) on one side, which is adapted to contact one of faces (W11) exposed on the outer surface sides of the plurality of members (W) overlaid one on top of the other, and an opening (13) on one side corresponding to a portion of desired welded portions (53) of the part (5); a jig (20) on another side having a joint face (22) on the other side, which is adapted to contact another face (W21) of the faces exposed on the outer surface sides of the plurality of members (W), and an opening (23) on the other side corresponding to another portion of the desired welded portions (53) of the part (5) and not corresponding to the opening (13) on one side; a laser welding machine (2A) on one side that is configured to emit a laser beam toward the opening (13) on one side; and a laser welding machine (2B) on the other side that is configured to emit a laser beam toward the opening (23) on the other side.
