Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for producing a cladding component (1), comprising the steps of: arranging fibres on an adhesive foil such that one side of the adhesive foil is extensively covered with fibres, wherein the fibres adhere to the side of the adhesive foil; arranging the adhesive foil with the adhering fibres on a carrier layer (2) such that the fibres are located between the adhesive foil and the carrier layer (2), wherein at least a part of the fibres rests at least in part directly on the carrier layer (2); joining the fibres (3) resting directly on the carrier layer (2) to the carrier layer (2); removing the adhesive foil from the carrier layer (2); forming a protective layer (4) covering the fibres (3) on the carrier layer (2).
