Zusammenfassung:	A fastening system to couple a first aircraft structure and a second aircraft structure is disclosed. The fastening system (110) includes a fastener (420), a nutplate (400) having a body (402) defining an opening (510) to receive the fastener (420), a flange (404) extending from the body (402) to engage an outer surface of the first structure, and a first sleeve (406) protruding from the flange (404) in a direction away from the body (402), the first sleeve (406) to couple to a first bore formed in the first structure and prevents rotation of the nutplate (400) relative to the first structure.
