Zusammenfassung:Disclosed herein are a display device and a mobile terminal device including the same, wherein the display device includes a display panel including a display area in which a plurality of pixels are disposed, and a sensing area in which a plurality of photosensors and a plurality of pixels are disposed. The pixels of the display area and the pixels of the sensing area may emit light by receiving a data voltage of an input image in a display mode. At least some of the pixels in the sensing area may emit light in a fingerprint recognition mode.
