Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to 4,5-dihydro-oxazol-2-ylamine derivatives of general Formula I:wherein R1 denotes:- straight or branched (C1-C4) alkyl, optionally substituted, including in particular (C1-C4) alkyl substituted with a phenyl group, or- phenyl, optionally substituted with one or more halogen, or- 2-[(N-(C1-C2)alkyl-N-aryl)amin-(C1-C2)alkyl]- groupfor use in a method of treating or preventing alcohol use disorder by reducing alcohol consumption and/or motivation to drink alcohol, wherein the compound of Formula I is administered prior to intended alcohol consumption to reduce motivation to drink alcohol.
