Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a down-holder 2 which can be fastened to a part to be joined, e.g. a luminaire housing 8, a device support or the like by means of a screw, a fastening rivet or other fastening means, said down-holder being designed to press a press component, e.g. a flat LED circuit board 4, onto the part to be joined. In order to optimize the increasingly restricted installation space, in particular in luminaires, the down-holder comprises fixing means for fixing parts to be clamped, e.g. a primary lens 10 and/or a secondary lens 12.
