Zusammenfassung:	A method of controlling a wind turbine (1), the method comprising: determining an initial thermal model (34) representing thermal characteristics of a plurality of components (10, 12, 14, 16) of a first wind turbine (1); receiving operational data relating to thermal characteristics of components (10, 12, 14, 16) of a plurality of wind turbines (1); processing the initial thermal model (34) and the operational data using an optimisation algorithm (36) to determine a modified thermal model (32) for the plurality of components (10, 12, 14, 16) of the first wind turbine (1); and controlling the first wind turbine (1) in accordance with the modified thermal model (32).
