Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus suitable for separating and collecting gas bubbles entrained in a liquid, wherein the apparatus comprises a housing (202) defining at least one chamber, the chamber having an inlet port (706) and an outlet port (206); a diverter (402) positioned between the inlet port and the outlet port; and, an elongated exit tube (308) with an intake end and an export end. The intake end of the elongated exit tube is centrally located within the chamber and the export end of the elongated exit tube is connected to an outlet port of the chamber. There is a diffuser (704, 708) in the inlet for lateral flow of bubbles.
