Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an autonomous work device, more specifically a mowing robot, comprising at least a housing unit (12) and at least a particularly pushbutton-free coupling unit (14), which is arranged at, particularly at least partly inside, the housing unit (12), for mechanical and/or electrical coupling to at least one energy-storing unit (16), more specifically a rechargeable battery pack. According to the invention, the coupling unit (14), particularly at least one coupling receptacle (18) of the coupling unit (14,) is mounted such on the housing unit (12) that it can be moved, more specifically pivoted, between a receiving position and a stowage position.
